CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, and whether the item has been opened or used.
Opened trading card products are generally not eligible for return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
ARE SPECIFIC CARDS OR PULLS GUARANTEED IN BOOSTER PACKS?
No. Booster packs and sealed trading card products contain randomly assorted cards unless otherwise stated.
Specific cards, rarities, players, characters, or pull values are not guaranteed.
DO YOU SELL SINGLES?
Yes. Available singles may include cards from Pokémon, sports, trading card games, and other collectible categories.
