RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return eligibility may depend on the type of product purchased, its condition, and whether the item has been opened or used.

To request a return, please contact CardboardKingz with your order information and details about the item you would like to return.

TRADING CARDS & SEALED PRODUCTS

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, opened booster packs, boxes, bundles, or other sealed card products are generally not eligible for return once opened.

Sealed products must remain unopened and in their original condition to be considered for return.

SINGLES & COLLECTIBLES

Individual cards and collectible items are evaluated based on the condition in which they were sold and returned.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review the situation and provide instructions if a return is approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information.

Photos of the item, shipping package, or damage may be requested so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is related to an incorrect item, fulfillment error, or another issue caused by CardboardKingz.

Any approved return instructions will be provided before the item is sent back.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and reviewed.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including opened trading card products, used supplies, damaged items caused after delivery, or products otherwise returned in a condition different from how they were sold.
