Orders are processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, new product releases, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive shipping and tracking information when available.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order and the available shipping options.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of CardboardKingz's control may affect delivery times.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us with your order information so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Please keep all packaging and shipping materials if your order arrives damaged, as photographs or other information may be needed when working with the shipping carrier.

SEALED & COLLECTIBLE PRODUCTS

Trading cards and collectible products may have minor variations in their exterior packaging as a result of manufacturing, handling, or shipping. Minor cosmetic imperfections to exterior packaging do not necessarily indicate damage to the product inside.
